Downloading protected X posts
We handle public posts only. That is a deliberate line, not an oversight.
Some accounts limit their posts to followers or members. X does not return that media through its public endpoints, so we cannot reach the file — and we will not try to work around the restriction.

What we do not do
We do not log in to X on your behalf, and we never ask for or store your password or cookies.
We do not bypass follower-only restrictions — that is the publisher's privacy decision.
We do not serve deleted, platform-flagged or legally protected content.

Sign in to X on the web with your own account, open the post, and save it the way X itself offers. There is no reason to take a longer route.
